From M27: Follow A337 through Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst towards Lymington; continue through Lymington towards Milford-on-Sea, New Milton, Bournemoputh; Just after 1st roundabout after Lymington you will see a Shell Petrol Station on your left;Take second right into South Street ; Take second turning on your left into Pennington Close. A Little Gem is on your left behind the Pennington Close sign. It has a blue door.
